The Coalition Letter in Opposition to ARFF Standards here identifies some of the people and organizations you can thank for influencing the last congressional vote defeating the adoption of the national consensus ARFF standard (NFPA 403) at America's airports . Congress accepted the subjective misinformation skewed in the ACRP 7 & ACRP 12 reports (see below - Important ARFF Documents) referenced in the coalition letter, as empirical evidence.
